Dogwood West Trail Day

Come lend a hand with clearing deadfall at Dogwood West! Recent storms have brought a lot of trees and brush down near the cliffline and trail. We need to buck it up and disperse it, as well as manage a couple of small brush burns. Screen Door Kitchen is generously providing snacks and dessert for volunteers and Monkey Town Brewing is providing cold beer! Don’t miss this chance to help your local crag and hang out with some cool people.

Meet: Dogwood West

Start Time: 1 PM EST

End Time: 4 PM EST

Bring: Work gloves, reusable water bottle/water, bug spray, sunscreen, chainsaw if you have one you feel comfortable using, hand pruners, loppers, hand saws

Wear: Sturdy closed-toe shoes, long pants/sleeves recommended
