CONSERVATION LEGACY PROGRAM

CLP 2

The Conservation Legacy Program is built on the foundation that the Southeastern Climbers Coalition is capable of rallying together to save land that is under threat. Much of the land in our region is privately owned. When the opportunity is right to purchase property with rock climbing resources on it, the SCC wants to be ready. Conservation Legacy Donors will know their contribution goes toward preserving those special places into perpetuity.

Becoming a Conservation Legacy donor shows your firm belief in the mission of the SCC to preserve climbing areas for future generations. It demonstrates your willingness to contribute to turn that belief into action by providing an annual donation specifically earmarked for conservation acquisitions and stewardship. The Conservation Legacy Program changes the landscape of the southeastern climbing community for the better.

Our goal is to have 10 climbers and conservationists every year to join the Conservation Legacy Program at various giving levels. Donors will be recognized in SCC’s annual report, on our website, and in the kiosk of the newest SCC acquisitions.
