Members Only Boulder Brawl

Tennessee vs. Alabama vs. Georgia vs. Florida vs Kentucky. Assemble your crew, talk your trash, and get ready to battle for state supremacy at the Annual Members Only Boulder Brawl on September 26th at the world-famous Sloper capital of the Southeast: Horse Pens 40.

This is an SCC members-only state-vs-state throwdown where every climber contributes to their state’s overall score. You’ll earn 1 point for every problem climbed, plus your highest V-point climb, so the more people on your team, the better your chances of taking home the title.

And because climbing all day at Horse Pens 40 isn’t enough, we’re turning this into a full-on member appreciation day with silly competitions, free food and drinks, raffles, and a slip n’ slide to cool off afterward.

The winning state will take home a special trophy and hold onto it until next year’s Boulder Brawl. So whether you’re repping ‘Bama, Georgia, Tennessee, Flo-Rida, or maybe even Kentucky come ready to climb hard, have fun, and defend your state.

Run of Show

8–9am — Check-in
9:30am — Announcements
10am — Climbing begins
2pm — Climbing ends
3pm — Scorecards due
3–5pm — Food, drinks & festivities
4pm — Awards, announcements & raffles
6pm — Wrap up
