SUMMARY:Public Meeting: Foster Falls Trail Infrastructure
DESCRIPTION:Access Fund + SCC are applying for funding through the Recreational Trails Program to improve trail infrastructure at Foster Falls. As part of the application process, we need to present our proposal to the public and provide an opportunity for feedback. Join us on 5/16/24 to hear more about this exciting project and ask any questions you may have!\nAccess Fund, in coordination with South Cumberland State Park staff and the Southeastern Climbers Coalition, have identified significant needs for improvements to roughly 2 miles of trails within the park. Improvements will establish a sustainable trail through two steep gullies, referred to as the climber access points, and alongside the base of the cliff.
