Here is the chance of a lifetime for the climbing community to wrap our
collective paws around a peice of Atlanta climbing history. A 7.7 acre
parcel has just gone up for sale along Boat Rock Road. The asking price? A
cool $100,000.00. The parcel is loaded with boulders from corner to corner
and is next door to the infamous "house with the big boulder". The price is
firm and is located adjacent to the 220 acre parcel that is currently slated
for development. The property directly across the street from this tract is
also slated for cookie cutter subdivision homes. It is fair to deduce that
the boulders will be consumed if it is not acquired by green space. A plan
is currently being considered to purchase this land. If you are interested
in being a part, please contact email@example.com
